As some of you may be aware, "Simon," the author of the Necromomicon of
Avon Books, has written a new work called DEAD NAMES. In this book, he
furthers his claim that the NECRONOMICON is a work of ancient magic.
He also uses it as a platform to launch personal attacks against his
critics - including me. Aside from my own interest, there are a large
number of problems with this book that require clarification.
I've considered how to make a public response, and I've finally decided
on a platform - a new blog:

Turning a negative into a positive, I also hope to turn this into a
spot where I can talk about my life, discuss what I'm reading, answer
people's questions, and so forth.
If this is of interest to you, I'd encourage you to visit, link, add it
to your feeds, and tell interested friends. Given how misleading
talking points about Lovecraft and his work circulate so readily, I'd
like this to get as much exposure as possible.
