Haven't read Koko since i was a kid..........back a long long time ago. If
i
recall Dengler got away at the end. Well it's my fave book of all time
along
with James Ellroy's "Black Dahlia". So how bout a sequel? I'm sure Straub
could come up with something good. The challenge should be reward enough
and
in most of his books familiar themes recur anyway. I can't see a
psychopath
like Dengler just sitting still and enjoying himself getting a tan in the
sun while he does nothing. By the way Throat was great, too.
