Bukowski compared to Baudelaire

I just read a novel where Bukowski is the Charles B. of the 20th Century
and 
Baudelaire is the Charles B. of the 19th century.  This was well explained

and seems to be a pretty good hypothesis and there is a lot of pages 
concerning Bukowski.  I know Baudelaire, where is a good place to start
with 
one, the best book of poetry of Bukowski, and two the best book of
Fiction? 
I've not read anything by him yet.
